Return/Exchange policy for promotional items: All Items can be returned/exchanged until January 5th, 2025. No return/exchange will be accepted after this date . To receive a refund/exchange, your item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Shipping charges for packages containing returns/exchanges on promotional items are not covered by DSF Jewels. The original shipping charge will not be refunded on any return/exchange item.
